Who we are
FRI Solutions LLC is a limited liability company registered in Pennsylvania, United States. We operate frisolutions.dev and we are the controller of any personal data described on this page.

What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else — we do not ask for your name, your telephone number or your company.
When you read the site. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless. It records page views, the page you arrived from, your approximate country and your device type. It does not identify you and it does not follow you to other sites.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies. It loads no fonts, scripts, images or trackers from third-party servers.
Why we collect it
To answer you. If you write to us we use your email address to reply and your message to understand what you are asking. Under the UK and EU GDPR we rely on legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f): you contacted us, and replying is the reason.
Analytics tells us which pages people actually read. It is aggregate and identifies nobody.
Who else sees it
Resend stores your contact record and delivers our email. Resend is our only processor for enquiries.
Vercel hosts this site and provides the analytics described above.
Calendly, but only if you click the scheduling link. That takes you to Calendly’s own site under their privacy policy. We do not send them anything.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Where it goes
Resend and Vercel are United States companies and process data there. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, that is a transfer outside your jurisdiction. Both publish their own data processing terms, which you can read on their websites.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@frisolutions.dev and we will remove your contact record and confirm that we have.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly. We will honour them wherever you are.
Write to privacy@frisolutions.dev. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this page we will change the date below. If we start collecting something we do not collect today, we will say so here before we begin.
